YT Addict | Dont shop at modern tails mismatched I ordered a bunch of cute dog outfits for my friends birthday from moderntails.com. When I received my order I relized they gave me missmatched sizes and cut the tags out the bottoms to hid it! they were clearly different sizes. So I tried calling them but was soon to realize they never answere their phone so I emailed them telling them what I got and that this was for a birthday gift and needed to find something else now because the birthday was in a few days. But they were very rude and just kept ignoring the fact it was a gift and telling me they wanna send different bottoms to me. I told them I did not have time to wait for the items to be shipped and I would just like to return the outfits. I also asked them to pay for shipping back since this was their fault and not mine. | Gosh...with their lack of customer service, they won't be in business long. I'm so sorry this happened to you! Thanks for letting people know...word of mouth is the best advertisement!

| Some people really shouldn't be in customer service....I cant even count how many times tiny problems became huge ones over poor customer service and failing to listening to the customer. I actually used to work a customer service desk at a local grocery store...and you know what....no matter how ridiculous the complaint the customer should be treated respectfully and they need to be happy when they leave. Im sorry you had a bad experience with these people....if you have to call back...ask to talk to some one else when they start to get rude and make an complaint...sometimes you have to kick up some s**t to get what you want. |

| I've ordered from them before and got great service and great products. Might they have new help? Did you talk to the owner or attempt to contact the owner?

I am a wholesaler for Monkey Daze and needed an item that was not available in the size needed i contacted the owner and told her my situation and she opened up a link to help me order at the wholesaler price that i would have paid at MD. They are super friendly and great to work with. Im sorry you had a hard time but I would contact the owner and let her know the situation as she would not be happy to know.....you never know maybe someone sent them back to them as a return but switched what they had to get money back....people have been known to do that... and maybe if it was in the original packaging, they did not relize they were cut.....NOT SAYING THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED>>>> BUT COULD HAVE!!! Contact the owner and let them know!

YT Addict | I never got it resolved and lost 25 dollars with this company. Thats great that some of you had a good experience. But i know what happened with me i have a very high standard for customer care and they just lack it big time. i talked to a few people that worked there and got the same attitude. Im a huge dog clothes person and will have a picture up soon of my babies closet. it will shock people i have so much but they will never get me to buy stuff from them again. They lost out big time. Thats why you should be nice to everyone you talk to and treat customers with the best care because you never know. |
