I never got it resolved and lost 25 dollars with this company. Thats great that some of you had a good experience. But i know what happened with me i have a very high standard for customer care and they just lack it big time. i talked to a few people that worked there and got the same attitude. Im a huge dog clothes person and will have a picture up soon of my babies closet. it will shock people i have so much but they will never get me to buy stuff from them again. They lost out big time. Thats why you should be nice to everyone you talk to and treat customers with the best care because you never know. |
