I personally do business with them and have had no problems. I am a wholesaler for Monkey Daze and needed an item that was not available in the size needed i contacted the owner and told her my situation and she opened up a link to help me order at the wholesaler price that i would have paid at MD. They are super friendly and great to work with. Im sorry you had a hard time but I would contact the owner and let her know the situation as she would not be happy to know.....you never know maybe someone sent them back to them as a return but switched what they had to get money back....people have been known to do that... and maybe if it was in the original packaging, they did not relize they were cut.....NOT SAYING THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED>>>> BUT COULD HAVE!!!
