Some people really shouldn't be in customer service....I cant even count how many times tiny problems became huge ones over poor customer service and failing to listening to the customer. I actually used to work a customer service desk at a local grocery store...and you know what....no matter how ridiculous the complaint the customer should be treated respectfully and they need to be happy when they leave.
Im sorry you had a bad experience with these people....if you have to call back...ask to talk to some one else when they start to get rude and make an complaint...sometimes you have to kick up some s**t to get what you want. |
