| I placed an order with them back in July. I bought a toy from them which stopped working the day I received the order. Kona and Bernie were only playing with it for a few minutes and then the giggle noise stopped. I called customer service and they would not replace or refund my money. They said they couldn't control how hard dogs played with the toys. I explained to them that if the toy stopped working 5 minutes after use with 2 less than 3 pound yorkies that there was a flaw in the design. I was very disappointed with the customer service and vowed to never shop with them again, no matter how cheap their prices.

| I just bought from them.. kinda disappointed in that it took like 2 weeks to ship 6 items!!! It went electronically there, then to another there, and then somewhere else and stayed for 4 days, then finally got here I bought from PetEdgel.com and it was here in 2 days. I had a box FULL of items. I know it depends on where the distribution center is - but I'll go else where when it takes that long. BTW I think it finally shipped out of LA and I'm in Vegas!

| no but i have $15 in ecertificates i got from reg. with the akc you can have them if you want but it seems the shipping costs as much as the items and it says you can only use once certi. at a time which one is $10 and one is $5 so it's kind of pointless for me to use them . someone said you can call and they will let you use them both at once though.

| dog.com is the first place I look when I shop for Max and Abbie. The prices are the best compared to all of the online catalogs. If you find a cheaper online price, they will match it. I've always ordered from them have have not had any problems within the last 2 1/2 years. I've never had any customer service issues or difficulties returning items. I live in PA and since the warehouse is also in PA, I get my order within 1-2 days (if the order was placed on a weekday). Now they have free shipping on orders over $49. I also receive emails periodically for 10% off the order. I just LOVE dog.com

| We love dog.com. I have been buying things from them for over two years now with no problems and sometimes they send you free samples of doggie treats. I bought Babybear's stroller through them and it was free shipping got it in three days. Val and Babybear |
