I placed an order with them back in July. I bought a toy from them which stopped working the day I received the order. Kona and Bernie were only playing with it for a few minutes and then the giggle noise stopped. I called customer service and they would not replace or refund my money. They said they couldn't control how hard dogs played with the toys. I explained to them that if the toy stopped working 5 minutes after use with 2 less than 3 pound yorkies that there was a flaw in the design. I was very disappointed with the customer service and vowed to never shop with them again, no matter how cheap their prices.
