I've always ordered from them have have not had any problems within the last 2 1/2 years. I've never had any customer service issues or difficulties returning items. I live in PA and since the warehouse is also in PA, I get my order within 1-2 days (if the order was placed on a weekday). Now they have free shipping on orders over $49.
