| Personally, it wouldn't be worth the bad reputation. I would have let her keep and refunded her money. Its called customer service. |

| I also had a terrible customer service problem with them as well...poor attitude all in all....first of all, you wait so long for the product...then, UPS calls you to say you must be home between 8am and 7pm for signing on delivery...all this for a $50 item. Have they heard of insurance? I would never do business with them again..... |

| I had gone on this site several months back and tries to warn our members about Handsnpaws extremely rude customer service. Not to mention, lack of professionalism! I am sorry that you also had to deal with them. Hopefully, with time and enough dissatisfied customers, sales will drop, and well you know the rest!!!! Jody and Rupert |

| I know what you mean. I was looking at something on a web site to buy and when I read the return part, I refused to buy it. I know if I order on line somethings I do have to pay the return shipping, but a restocking fee is ridiculous. JMO

If you want something easy to put on your yorkie try the harness below http://gallery.bcentral.com/GID50999...H-Harness.aspx I bought this harness for Logan in the fishie pattern & it is great. Very easy to put on & adorable & the little fishy are reflective for night-time. Lupine has a lifetime guarantee on all that products that if it breaks for any reason (even if your dog chewed it up) you can return for a new one.

| Hand N Paws is listed on the Rip Off.com website. I went to their website and it's a shame. They have beautiful stuff, although they're a litle pricey. For example, the Lookout Console is about $48.00, which is a lot for that item. Maybe we should send them a copy of this whole thread. Judy |

| Donating YT 2000 Club Member | I wish I would've read this here first!!! I ordered 5 squeak pigs that Jaxon will play with from here because it was the only place that I found them. I ordered them on 12/13-no word on them & it has been 7 weeks tomorrow. I have emailed them & no answer. They are in NY and don't have a toll free #-only have cust svc hours that are limited for phone calls-HELP

| If you want a terrific vendor of little dog goods, I have used G.W. Little! Their bows are terrific and everything is great! Just make sure you order a size up on the Lanci harness clothes! Enjoy! |

| This is such a pity about the rude customer service. I don't understand it...the rudness will not get your repeat . I am HUGE on prompt courteous customer service and making sure the customers are happy so they return and recommend me. I am also huge on exchanges if a customer is not satisfied as long as a product is brand new and resellable. Although I do somewhat understand the restocking fee IF the customer has a history of this. Once in awhile, no problem....we all change our minds and perhaps wasn't what we thought it was. But also keep in mind that some people purposely do this (repeatedly return) knowing that they can try first, some business become strict due to the loss of time and money. I am not at all defending Hands N Paw though. Sorry for your bad experience. |
