This is such a pity about the rude customer service. I don't understand it...the rudness will not get your repeat .
I am HUGE on prompt courteous customer service and making sure the customers are happy so they return and recommend me. I am also huge on exchanges if a customer is not satisfied as long as a product is brand new and resellable. Although I do somewhat understand the restocking fee IF the customer has a history of this. Once in awhile, no problem....we all change our minds and perhaps wasn't what we thought it was. But also keep in mind that some people purposely do this (repeatedly return) knowing that they can try first, some business become strict due to the loss of time and money. I am not at all defending Hands N Paw though.
