Yes, good things are worth the wait!!!! I hope he won't completely flake on me. I'm discussing this on another forum and he has a reputation of doing this. I just want to know how much longer and if he's ever returned work promised?

I went and picked up my deposit yesterday, but am waiting for a quote from another company. Hope it's not going to be too expensive *fingerscrossed*

I ordered my purse carrier from a company recommended out of town that I'll need to pick up in person. After waiting 2 more weeks the purse is suppose to be delivered to the store from the shop where it's being made between 3-6 p.m. today! If it arrives at the earlier time or thereabouts, I will be picking it up this evening, otherwise, I'll have to wait until Monday. I have no idea as to what it'll look like. The suspense is great but not overwhelming and I hope to not be disappointed and hope the price is right. We discussed different prices, and the end result was that the shop would make me a bag, to my satisfaction, no deposit needed. We'll see. When I have a bag in hand, I'll start a new thread.

YT Addict | Hopefully, I can get some help to figure out the perfect bag/purse carrier for Bailey. He is 8.5 lbs (according to vet perfect weight). He is approx. 12 inches in size. Which carrier should I be getting for him? I ended up getting a cheap one before (due to chewing and just needing a carrier fast) that was like a duffel and he has to constantly lay down in. Thank you for the help. |

Well it wasn't quite as simple as I expected. I ordered it - the last black one I could find online. and then three days later get an email from the store saying - Ooops we don't have it in stock and they don't make it anymore. (um knew the not making them anymore, but not cool to list if you don't have it in stock!) So I found another one on another site (after way to many google searches and realized I was going to need to go with the red - there are only red ones out there left now... (or so I thought at that point)) and I ordered a red one - figured it wouldn't happen twice right? After all it said brown and black were out of stock red was IN stock. Wrong. Next day (of course after they've removed $$$ from my account) oops we don't have that in stock and will need to refund you. Have to say I'm shocked that stores list without having items in stock and if they do that - at least not keeping current with their listings online. Irritating. Finally I found what I think might be last CeCe Nantucket on eBay and it's on the way now. It's red and should be here any day (looking for wood to knock on). The next photo will be with Pluto IN THE BAG hopefully in a day or two. Long story long - your bag looks GREAT for a "re-make" - very classy and honestly I don't think there are going to many of them coming up in the future. I know a lot of chatter over a bag but I'm excited. I basically showed husband a Louis Vuitton first and then this one looked like a steal.
