Cece Kent Nantucket Dog Carrier I was wondering if anyone has this bag and what they think about it? CeCe Kent Nantucket Dog Carrier - Dog Clothing, Dog Carriers, Dog Bowls, Dog Harness, Dog Collars & Dog Leashes Also, those that sell or own these types of bags, what would your recommendation be as far as the best measurements for a bag with a dog up to 6 pounds? Thank you! |
I don't have it, but think it's adorable, love all three colors! |
Well, I don't have any experience with any pet carrier/bag but I think this is the most expensive pet carrier I have seen to date! I'm sure someone with more experience than myself will be by shortly and be able to give you some information! Good luck!1 |

Cece Kent Taos Pet Carrier they say they're up to 6 pounds but some of the reviews mention that's really a stretch... Anyone know how comfortable a purse 15" length X 5.5 " wide X 9.75" high would be? Is that more appropriate for a dog 4-6 pounds? Also, how do you know if a bag is air line approved? Thinking ahead. |

Hmm, the rules state there has to be nylon lining, that may be a problem with this bag, not sure there will be lining but will ask if they can add it. Currently there are no flying plans in the future but you never know. Yes, there are a few places that it'll be nice to have a discreet bag. Presently, I am using an inexpensive purse carrier that is not discreet and placing that inside a type of beach bag to go into some areas that are questionable. I'd rather not have to ask and simply avoid the thought of ever leaving my dog in the car! |

Any suggestion regarding size of the purse? I presented my husband the $500 bag, then showed him the $400 bag, then told him I could have a purse made to my liking for $100...he said I'd have the money by Christmas lol hey, I'm still making payments for my puppy until July...this is what happens when you're a stay at home mom and too old to start something new now but hopefully, I'll work something out sooner. It doesn't stop my taste for quality. |

Louis Vuitton carriers are made of canvas with leather trim. You pay for the workmanship and the name. Certainly not what it is made of. I have some of their products and will say that they are fairly durable. My Pippi has a collar and has worn it for a few years. Her brother had one but one of my foster pups had that for lunch one day. Are they worth the money? Only if you think so....kind of up to the person buying it. The leather on a handbag I purchased is a bit worn and torn in spots. I swear that my Coach handbags are much more durable. Probably my nicest carrier is made by Coach. They have not made a carrier in quite some time but they really are nicely made. They recently started making dog collars again, so perhaps they will make a carrier in the near future. |
OP, I don't think roomy and sneaky come together in a bag. I could be wrong, but it seems to me that if you want to sneak a dog into places, the bag may not be as roomy and airy. Some pups don't mind it, others do. I have two pups that will squeeze themselves into anything and a couple others that would carry on like they were being killed. The one you posted looks nice, but it definitely would be nice if you can guarantee that you can return it if not satisfied. I bought a Juicy one night at the mall in one of my shark feeding frenzies....I was not happy the shoulder strap...very uncomfortable. Something I had not thought of. Anyway....took it back without any issues at all a couple of days later. Something like that, I really prefer to see and touch, but there are not a lot of stores that have them unless you are close to a big city. |
