| Canine Carry Outs I recently just bought these treats for my Chloe, and I recommend them to anyone. They come in many flavors (Such as Chicken,Bacon, and Beef). Most of the dogs that I knew eat them love these treats. They can be $2-$3.One reason I like them is because they are soft treats,so any small dog can eat them without having trouble chewing them. The only thing I don't like is the treats are alittle big,so you might have to cut the treat into small peices so your yorkie can eat it . Otherwise, these treats are great

| I can understand why your dog would like these treats. Please read the ingredient list. One of the first ingredients is corn syrup. That is a very strong sweetener that is very bad for your dog's teeth. There are also several chemicals and more sugar added down the list. Pet food companies use sweeteners to entice our pets to eat foods that they would not naturally be interested in. An all natural treat made of one ingredient like liver or chicken without additives might be a healthier option for your pet. Many of the treats sold in pet stores and department stores are full of harmful ingredients. The pet food and treat companies are not regulated by anyone so they are free to put what ever they wish in our pet foods and treats. Many of them use additives from China that have been causing illness and death in pets. |

| Your vet is correct they are not toxic, but Gracie is also correct they are not very healthy. They should probably be kept to a minimum, just as giving sweets to any human child should be kept to a minimum. I prefer Blue Buffalo cookies that are small and crunchie but not so hard that my 5.5 yorkie cannt eat them. When she was a puppy I would cut them into 4 pieces, she thought that she was getting a whole bunch of treats. You can also find some wonderful recipes online to make great cookies for your baby that are sweetened with sweet potatoe as well as some fruit juices. |

I think they are made by Del Monte who also makes Milo's kitchen treats. Milo's jerky treats have been linked with illness and death in some dogs. You can google about Milo's kitchen. Just because they are a vet says the are okay does not mean they know about these pet treats. Mine told me the treats I was feeding Zoey (Waggin train and Canyon creek) were fine & I was overreacting to the media. Long story short- They were not fine. Zoey got sick and died 2 months later from Chronic Renal Failure. My vet feels horrible and I feel even worse. He also had feed these treats to his dogs.

| Vets are busy dealing with medical issues and many times do not have much interest in the inner workings of the pet food industry. Many of our pet treats are full of unhealthy ingredients. So many dogs have bad teeth by the time they are only two and three years old. The treats mentioned here have at least 2 forms of sugar in them. Sugar should not be needed to entice a dog to eat but when the ingredients are items that a dog would not naturally be interested in eating the company will load up the food/treat with ingredients that will entice the animals to eat it. Many times treats like this are left over ingredients from the slaughter house plush chemicals that no dog would ever come in contact with in nature. The fewer ingredients in treat the better. Here are a few examples of healthy treats: Newman's Own Organics Natural Dog Treats Stella & Chewy's Grain Free, Freeze-dried, Raw Carnivore Kisses Dog Treats I'm sure there are others. I can't imagine handing my dog a candy bar full of sugar and low grade fillers. But a food source that would be part of a dog's natural diet that they love seems to be a more healthful choice. The pet food industry is famous for marketing junk food for dogs. I hope someday more and more vets will become more aware of what the pet food industry is doing to our pets. The dog and cat's bodies were not made to assimilate they types of ingredients that are currently in so many of the products that the big manufacturers are loading the shelves of department stores and pet stores with. |

| I did find this treat in Walmart. It is the ONLY treat in Walmart that I would consider giving my dog on a limited basis. This company makes some other types of treats but the ingredients contained too much wheat and other ingredients that I don not consider healthy for a dog. I usually buy the Stella & Chewy's treats but needed something while waiting for my online order to arrive. My girl is so used to getting a treat after her grooming sessions. | I had no idea that 3 dog bakery was selling things in Walmart. They are also a franchise pet bakery with stores located all over the US. |
