| Pixie doesn't wear bows either. If I take her to the groomers they put them in but by the time I get home they are out. I just keep her bangs short. Pixie isn't a diva and doesn't wear dresses either.

| We have a male, so no. (I know some people with male yorkies do, but we never have, and wouldn't.)

| No bows for Sophie. I've tried but when we leave the groomers she has them out in 30 seconds. The one photo I have of her with a bow in my avatar was taken before we left the groomers. Sophie will practically stand on her head and do whatever it takes to get them out. I guess I have a little tomboy. I think she's just as cute without them

| My Edie is a little tomboy. But in the last year or so, the hair on top has gotten pretty long. I use the little clips, but not bows. it has taken her a while, because she now understands that these clips keep the hair out of her face, and she comes to me to fix it when they are about to fall out. After seeing Morgan's photo, I might get Edie cut short again. I love that look and it is so easy. I think it makes them look smaller and younger too! Who wouldn't want a haircut that makes you look slimmer? |

How long does it take Morgans hair to grow back out after you get her groomed short? Especially the top knot area? Thanks! | |

umm, not too long. her hair grows pretty fast. I keep her really short during the warmer weather because she gets hot with all that thick black hair. i usually do her last haircut in september/october and then let her grow out all winter. I'll trim her a little during those months because once her hair gets to a certain length it starts to mat. so she's usually 2-3 inches in the winter and she looks like a little fat poof ball.

That is how I cut Ellie's face except hers looks very unprofessional.

I also have friends that use those snap in clips to keep the hair out of their little girl's eyes.

| Roxie hates bows! I have tried a few times to put them in, and so has the groomer, but she winds up rubbing her head on the floor until it comes out. At this time I keep her hair pretty short, so bows aren't going to happen anyway.

| I put Apple's hair in a top knot, every single day (because she couldn't see, otherwise) for almost a year, and used bows when we went out or for pictures...Then came Buzz...Every bow, from then on, got ripped out, chewed up, and the grooming band was found, daily, in his poop... The first time I saw the rubber band in his poop, I thought he had tape worm...That did it for me...no more bows, or rubber bands...They have "visors" now, to keep the hair out of their eyes...But when I take them to the groomers, they come home w/the hair, behind the visor in bows...That lasts about an hr., so I try to stop by somebody's house, anybody's house, to show them off w/bows...lol...I really liked Apple's hair in a top knot, but her "life-style" doesn't fit w/bows...it's too rowdy lol...Buzz, on the other hand, looks adorable w/his hair shorter on top...so boy'ish |

Oh, she's not weird, she's normal!!! I have two girls with long coat, and we do the bows, but not every day. On most days, they just wear their ponys with a barette or a band. Here's Rozi when she started wearing bows, lol. You can see, she isn't all that impressed with them either Bows on Vimeo
