| Upset with Potty Patch customer service In Mid January I ordered a potty patch from www.pottypatch.com. Now it is one month later and I have not received my potty patch. I called customer service about my order yesterday and was told the potty patch was on back order. I said "and you were going to let me know when ?" I was told by customer service that if the product was on back order for more than 6 weeks I would get a post card mailed to me to cancel my order if I wish. I told the young man that this is terrible customer service to let a customer wait 6 weeks and then contact them about my order. I asked him why did I give you my email address when placing my order as the order info asked. He then told me when I placed my order it was written that the order will take 4-6 weeks to receive. I told him no where on the website was this written any where. Then he told me I need to wait 2 more weeks untill receiving a card and he had no idea when the order will come in. I told him I have waited 4 weeks already and for the next 2 weeks I am going to be telling every Yorkie owner I know about this "crappy" company's customer service and for everyone I tell I will tell them to tell 3 people. I am going to send a copy of this letter to the customer service dept on email and I do expect a writen apology from the company. |

| Me too!! I had the same experience with this company and filed a dispute with my credit card company after 8 weeks of not receiving the product. Like you, I had emailed them and they gave me some bogus story about backorder. I threated to file the credit card dispute, and they never even bother to respond. True to my word, I filed the dispute and got my money back. I was glad not to receive it anyway once I learned I'd have to cut the grass! No thanks :-)

| If you search "potty patch" on YT, I think there were some reports of the same thing not long ago. It seems to allows be on backorder... We just go one, but I didn't want to deal with the whole backorder/ordering issue; so we got ours at Petco. It okay and a good concept, but the grass slides off very easily.

| ooohhhh I was confused about the product...opps, this is not the one I was thinking of. The company I had issues with was one that used real grass. Now I cant remember it. sorry, I misspoke so disregard my earlier post as I have not dealt with this company. I did order a fake grass though and it stunk and I threw it out after one day. It fell apart and was just not going to work for us

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | wow - this stuff sounds like such a scam - (you had no way of knowing) I have a big back fenced in patio since I had to move into an apartment when my husband died ...I cut up squares of outdoor CARPET that is the 'fake grass' kind like for outside patios ....It works GREAT - all I do is pour a big container of water with a tiny bit of bleach in it to clean and hang them on the fence - and I move them around alot. My girls use them every single day.....no worries about it falling apart either - I just cut more squares when I think I need new 'patches' |

Thor's Human Donating Member | Are you guys talking about the potty patch grass that it always advertised at the top of this site? I'm always tempted to get some because it looks so much cuter than the disposable pads, but in an apartment with no patio, there's no way to clean them. |
