If you search "potty patch" on YT, I think there were some reports of the same thing not long ago. It seems to allows be on backorder...
We just go one, but I didn't want to deal with the whole backorder/ordering issue; so we got ours at Petco.
It okay and a good concept, but the grass slides off very easily.
