In Mid January I ordered a potty patch from
www.pottypatch.com.
Now it is one month later and I have not received my potty patch. I called customer service about my order yesterday and was told the potty patch was on back order. I said "and you were going to let me know when ?" I was told by customer service that if the product was on back order for more than 6 weeks I would get a post card mailed to me to cancel my order if I wish.
I told the young man that this is terrible customer service to let a customer wait 6 weeks and then contact them about my order. I asked him why did I give you my email address when placing my order as the order info asked. He then told me when I placed my order it was written that the order will take 4-6 weeks to receive. I told him no where on the website was this written any where. Then he told me I need to wait 2 more weeks untill receiving a card and he had no idea when the order will come in. I told him I have waited 4 weeks already and for the next 2 weeks I am going to be telling every Yorkie owner I know about this "crappy" company's customer service and for everyone I tell I will tell them to tell 3 people.
I am going to send a copy of this letter to the customer service dept on email and I do expect a writen apology from the company.
