| bogus Web Site? I wonder if anyone else has had trouble getting orders from S & S Pet Supplies in Sweetwater, TN. I placed an order in December for several items and never received them. I have tried to contact them by phone and also by e-mail without any luck. I called the City Hall in Sweetwater and they said they have no business by that name in the city. The web site looks ligit. Anyone know about this business? |

| I can't help you if they are legit or not, but how did you pay? If you can't get ahold of them trying doing a chargeback. This way you can at least get your money back. |

| well, well After all that work trying to get an answer, I finally received an e-mail. They say they can't get Duurstede products shipped out of Canada, and will refund my money. They could have told me that in December. They still have it on their web site as well. |

YT Addict | I'm going to have to disagree with you, the website looks shady to me. Personally I wouldn't buy from it, it just doesn't look professional. At least you're getting your money back.

you could also google their name to see if anyone has been 'taken' - I didn't look at the site but anyone can tell you they're refunding your money and still not do it. | |

I order a bunch on line and have been very fortunate, having only a couple of bad experiences, one on ebay and another with an on line store. I do keep an active folder going with a copy of my order with expected ship dates, etc. If I don't hear from a company within a weeks time of placing my order, I'm contacting them. Also, I use paypal when possible as further buyer protection.
