Don't quit just because you received an email - I'd stay right on top of them (and keep all your documentation) until you actually have your money back. I hope you weren't ripped.
you could also google their name to see if anyone has been 'taken' - I didn't look at the site but anyone can tell you they're refunding your money and still not do it.
