YT Addict | Why do these pet stores have such horrible customer service I am a big consumer and have bought dog clothes from pretty much everywhere. But these places online are just horrible. I have shopped at www.moderntails.com and they have all these rules on returning stuff and will charge you a huge fee if they do let you return something. They have horrible customer service skills. And just a few days ago I bought a few things at funnyfur.com and they sent me a leash that doesnt work right and they are making a big fuss out of it and wont let me exchange it for one that works. they told me its a common problem with the leash but i ordered two and one works just fine. And anyways why are they selling things that have a common problem. ? idk these stores charge so much for their stuff and have bad customer service i don't understand why they are all still in business. But letting people know that www.moderntails.com and Designer Dog Clothes, Dog Accessories, and Pet Carriers are not that great. funnyfur.com didn't even answer my calls today and wont exchange my leash that doesnt work they told me i have to pay for the shipping back and the exchange fee if i want to exchange it for one that works. I think thats just bad customer care. Dont they want their clients to be happy. i sure wont be buying from them anymore i spent 200 bucks with them too they lost a good customer. | I know how frustrating poor customer service can be! So you have every right to have frustrating. Its like in this economy especially they should have better CS. Also if they have had trouble with a product in the past then why do they still carry it? That is beyond me. Also the safety of the pet should be their first concern not profit margin. I have always kept the safety of the pet my first priority because if my dogs can't wear something then I would never list it for sale to someone elses dog! Melinda |
