I know how frustrating poor customer service can be! So you have every right to have frustrating. Its like in this economy especially they should have better CS. Also if they have had trouble with a product in the past then why do they still carry it? That is beyond me. Also the safety of the pet should be their first concern not profit margin. I have always kept the safety of the pet my first priority because if my dogs can't wear something then I would never list it for sale to someone elses dog!
