| Pet Carrier Can anyone recommend a pet carrier for my 7 lb Yorkie? I am looking for something that is very functional, not too big, has mesh panels for ventilation. Something discreet looking that I can take in a store if I have to. It can't be too feminine looking as my husband will be using it also. She has never been in a carrier before, so I would have to clip her to it somehow so she doesn't jump out. Thanks, Periwinkle

| That's the type of carrier I'm always looking for. I found one that is made out of jeans. I don't remember the brand. . .something Wild. . . When I get home I'll take a picture of it and post it. Good luck in your search!

| Petfly's has excellent carriers. Welcome To Pet Flys - Trendy, Edgy, Airline approved pet carriers for traveling in style, comfort and safety on board a plane, train, automobile or just hanging out with you.. The size small will work well for your 7lb baby.

LuvMySissy (Jodie) from here makes adorable pet carriers out of bluejeans. They are much cuter than most I've seen in stores and you can't beat her quality work!

| I bought a sling carrier by Outward Hound to see if Bogey would even let me carry him when we went out. I think I only pay about $25 since I didn't want to invest too much if he didn't like it. Amazon.com: Outward Hound Sling-go-Pet - BLACK:... I put a harness on him and there are 2 clips, one in the front of the bag that I clip to the front of the harness and another toward the back that I clip to the top of his harness. Although it is pretty plain for a carrier, I lined it with fur for the winter. Now that I know he will let me carry him I would really like to get this one but it is on back order. I know my husband would use both if we wanted to take him out. CC_Cooper_Black - Cooper Carrier Sling in Black by Creature Couture - Pet Carriers & Totes - - Detail |

| I got 2 nice ones @ Burlington Coat Factory for $15.00 each. They're made of light navy and baby blue canvas and triangle shaped. Both ends are ventilated and have zippers. There is a hook on the inside for the collar. My Baron is also 7 pounds and can stand up in it or lay down. I put a pee pad on the bottom and one of his fleece blankets and he's ready to go. It has a shoulder strap and a handle sorta like a Brief Case!! I Love it...It's made by Club K-9 and holds up to 22 pounds. The size is 19"x9.5"x11.5". It has a washable lining and a plush removable liner. A full length storage pochet and an I.D. tag. It's airline approved too. It sells for $45.00 on E-Bay. Hope you can find one. Best Wishes, Baron's Mom

| My hubby will carry him when he's in it even using the shoulder strap. On the bag it comes in a young man is holding a larger size tan Pomeranian. Baron's mom

| Bergan bag Here is a link to the bag I use for flying with Scooter. Bergan Comfort Carrier - Carriers - Dog - PetSmart I searched all over trying to find the right bag. This is bag #3 and it is by far my favorite. We have travelled quite a bit and the bag is still holding its own. The only thingI have had an issue with is the bed/pad. After one flight, it bunched up and looked uncomfortable. It is made to be removed and washed so I got creative and put my own pad in the bottom. Now, Scooter really likes the bag. I could care less about being original, I just wanted a good sturdy bag that allowed Scooter to travel in style. I would buy it again but mine is in such good shape that I dont even need to think about it now. Good luck in your search.
