Can anyone recommend a pet carrier for my 7 lb Yorkie?

I am looking for something that is very functional, not too big, has mesh panels for ventilation. Something discreet looking that I can take in a store if I have to. It can't be too feminine looking as my husband will be using it also. She has never been in a carrier before, so I would have to clip her to it somehow so she doesn't jump out.
