I looked around online and I think that I may go with this Harness for Tate to use in the car seat I just think it is sooo cute and it looks soft and padded - so I may go with this one I haven't decided yet if I want the white with pink hearts, or the pink with white hearts Probably the pink with white...lol. The matching leashes are adorable too Anyway, still trying to find Sted's harness - I think he is getting a Puppia one!

That way, when it's just the babies and I in the car I can have them up in the front seat with me, and then when hubby is with us we can move the car seat to the back if we want to As long as I know that they BOTH have PLENTY of room to be comfortable in the Medium sized one, then I am 95% sure that-that is the one that I will end up buying

I am going to wait until Sarah posts pictures of 2 of her babies in the Medium sized one from the front....I think that will help me out alot
I am posting the pics today girl...so sorry i havent yet gone to my bf's house, i promise today i will...i am going in a few minutes

Here you go girl! As you can see there is plenty of room for 2, even 3 little ones. I put diff. pics of mine so you can see, you know Teddy is about 8 lbs and I know Stedman is smaller so he and Tatum would def. have room in the medium. Let me know if you need more pics

Oh Sarah, those pictures are absolutely PERFECT!!! Thank you SO MUCH girl!! I can definitely see now that the medium is the one that we need to go with I think that anything bigger for my 2 would just be wasted space

Thank you again girl...thank you, thank you, thank you!! You're the best! I appreciate all your help sweetie!

P.S. - The babies look sooo darn cute in it!!

You're so welcome! I'm glad i helped. The medium would be just right, the large would be too big, but if you wanna go big and have the space then thats ok. You might not be able to give rides to anyone in th eback though lol but with the medium you'll have extra room, its still bigger in person than you see it online though, i atleast thought so. It's very cute though, like a bed for them! Oh and thank you, i had to bribe them with treats LOL

Thanks Sarah! I just went and ordered one and my mom went ahead and ordered her girl Kenzi one as well I got the medium since I have two kiddos and she got the small, which I had to talk her into....at first she wanted to get the medium also and then I went and explained everything to her and she decided on the small, LOL

Anyway yeah, I was telling hubby all about these and he thought no bigger than the medium also. We do have the 3rd row seating in our Tahoe so if we had more people with us they could have just sat in the way back (3rd seat), but with the medium hubby and I both like the option of the car seat being able to go in both the front OR back seat. And really, the babies will still have plenty of room in even the medium. I could probably still sit 1 or 2 more babies in there just for kicks LOL. Of course I wouldn't do that but you know what I mean

Anyway....thank you SO MUCH for all of your help girl, it was very much appreciated! Your little ones just look so darn precious in their car seat - I can't wait to get Steddy and Tate's - and Kenzi's!!

I've been looking around at car seats also so this thread was very interesting. I thought I had it figured out 'til....when you are talking about the My Buddy and the Medium, they are both My Buddy seats right? Just different sizes? Also, has anyone found a deal on them? Living in Alaska, I always get hosed on shipping!!

So glad this thread was helpful to you I know I learned alot from it as well....these car seats really had me confused, BIG TIME lol

Actually...this "type" of seat is called The Lookout Car Seat. There are different sizes that it comes in - Small, Medium, Large/My Buddy (same exact size car seat, only they use both terms to describe it - "Large" and "My Buddy").

So if you are wanting a car seat that holds 2 babies, I would go with the Medium size (unless your babies are really large) - but if you are wanting a car seat that will hold 3 or more babies, I would go with the Large/My Buddy size. That's pretty much how I figured it after reading this whole entire thread, LOL

As for a deal on them....yikes...I really don't know Unfortunately car seats are pretty expensive, but there ARE cheaper car seats out there - it just so happens that the Lookout Car Seats are a little more pricey as they are considered the "Luxury" dog car seat, if there even is such a thing....LOL

Have you checked eBay? You could go on there and in the search type in "dog car seat" and I'm sure you will get a ton of results Good luck and I hope you find one that is perfect for your babies!

Actually, Lookout makes several different kinds of seats, including a "luxury" version of a more standard type of seat. The non-luxury version of the same seat costs considerably less. If you do some research, you find that the price difference is in the quality of the fabric and pillow/padding. I had this idea to order the standard Lookout seat and then buy a luxury cover for it. Well, the luxury cover/pillow set was nearly $130! Need I say more?

I've looked at a lot of places and I think PetEdge has the best deal. They don't carry the luxury version, though..
