| NOT happy with my Petstages purchases!! I bought 2 petstages toys for Pixie's birthday last week (4th june) a 'Toss & shake' toy and a 'Puppy cuddle Pal' which has a buckwheat pouch inside that you can microwave and warm up. She loved the toss & shake toy the most and only had it 3 DAYS before it came apart at the seams and Pixie was pulling the stuffing out of it! luckily i was right there in the room with her and she didn't eat any of it! Now just this evening i noticed she was eating something so i went over to see what she was up to..some of the buckwheat had spilled out of the cuddle pal toy! when i opened it up the little bag containing the buckwheat had ripped open! Pixie has hardly played with this particular toy..I have seen her play with it twice at the most..My hubby emailed Petstages when the first toy broke..they emailed back telling us to return the toy to them in its packaging and with the receipt..we are in the UK! this toy cost £3.99 ($2?) and the second toy was the same price.. my hubby has emailed them again tonight to say that now the second toy we bought has broken..we are not interested in refunds or replacements..just wouldn't want someones puppy choking or digesting the toys contents! I just think the toys were of poor quality..stitching coming undone too easily...Pixie is a tiny 3lb yorkie...not that strong..you would think these toys would be made to last a little longer than 3 or 4 days! anyway..we shall see what response we get from them..anyone else have problems with their products? I don't think i will be buying their toys again

| I haven't heard of them...but that doesn't sound like a very good experience. Luckily you were there when it came apart!

| Yuck I hate cheap toys ... But then again they are all pretty cheap. The only one that lasted was this little octupus from Japan and the knotted rope toys.

| I've bought mine the tugs and the chews and the pyramid rattler and she loves them,...and still has not destroyed them...maybe its only their soft toys that are too easy to destroy?

Donating YT Addict | I haven't had any problems with their toys. We have a soft cloth teething ring and a rubber orange tube with little laces hanging out the ends. Both have held up well. I also have that puppy cuddle toy but never gave it to Ozzy to play with. It was put in his crate when he went to sleep to cuddle with. If I did throw it around for him I always took the buckwheat insert out. I don't think it was intended as a rough house toy but I could be wrong. Sorry to hear you had such problems

| I have had problems with their toys in the past also. My favorite toys are the ones that Amber Lv makes. Chachi has played really rough with them many ties and they have never came apart

| Ridiculous isn't it? you would think that they would be made to last a little longer than a day! it's not just the cost..thats not the point..its the fact that someones baby could choke & ingest the contents of these toys! I was sat at my computer and glanced at pixie who was playing on the floor near me and she had ripped the toss & shake toy open and was pulling the stuffing out of it..it took less than a minute! I was livid..thank god i was there when it happened..then a couple of days later the buckwheat was spilling out of the cuddle toy..wether she was playing rough with it or not..it shouldnt have come apart that easily..what would have happened if i had put it in her crate to sleep with and she had ripped it open..she would have eaten all that buckwheat and probably ended up very sick!
