she never played rough with the buckwheat cuddle pal..i saw her once pick it up and toss it around a little..it was intended just to snuggle up to in her crate..if she had started to play roughly with it i too would have removed the buckwheat pouch..plus she is only a very tiny girl..and she has got through 2 of these toys in just a few days..you would think they would last a bit longer than that!
We haven't heard back from the last email we sent them either!
