| No Longer a Member | I have found that if your yorkie has dry hair or you need something to make it look better to use HASK PLACENTA instant repair treatment ,it is a no rinse hair treatment and it works great. It instanly restores life and luster to dry damaged hair. |

| We've found the best shampoo and conditioner ever ! It's called mane and tail an is really for horses but it's made Duncan's coat wonderful and much less tangly ! Works really well on Mollie and even I've tried it - never had such lovely soft hair before ! |

| Green Shampoo's I remember from my hairdressing days at school that its key to stay away from green shampoos, they strip the hair. I would use things like prell when I had a color and it was to dark. It would help a bit. Also I feel that its difficult to find out the ph level in human shampoo. I only see it disclosed ocassionally. I took someones advice on here and bought "Mane n Tail" shampoo and detangler it works well and the price is right Jack and Mandy's Mom |

| JUST A QUESTION ABOUT YOUR BABY BOY. OUR BABIES ARE JUST ABOUT THE SAME AGE. I WAS WONDERING HOW MUCH HE WEIGHS. CHLOE WEIGHS 1.8 LBS. I WILL BE POSTING PICS VERY SOON. BY THE WAY, I ORDERED THE HAPPY TAILS SHAMPOO (FOR SHINY HAIR) AND THE LAVENDER LEAVE IN CONDITIONER. I HEAR ITS VERY CALMING. I THINK A BABY NO TEARS SHAMPOO AND COND. WOULD BE FINE ALSO. | With the summer and being outside so often Gidget becomes quite a mess so I have found that it is fun for boh her and my son for them to take a bath together (he is 3) Anyhow once she was in I had forgot that he shampooo was in the other rooom so I just went with my sons shampoo (johnson and johnson with detangler) she liked it and smelled really nice. Her hair was really nice afterwards tooo...she has a silky coat so I don't know if that is why but I have been using that for the past month and she has actually had less itching and flakey skin with that then her regular shampoo. |

| I was using Baby shampoo and Panteen conditioner but was told that it wasn't good for dogs. So I started using Fresh n Clean shampoo, conditioner and detangler. But don't care for it. Gus's hair was much softer and shinnier with human products. I am going to try CC when he is done with bottles he has now.

| I was the one that had mentioned Mane N' Tail and yes it is great. I have used it now for many many years, probably when it first came out.I even used it when showing. It males the hair really soft and silky. It also does wonders on the cotton coats. T. |

| I used to use my shuman salon products on chloe and we didnt have any problem with her skin or anything. BUT i have since purchased good doggie shampoos and conditioners for a couple of reasons. I was having problems with fleas even after using frontline and someone told me that fleas are attracted to sweet smells(such as what is in human hair products) which may or may not be true. This person also told me that most dog shampoos still have some sort of flea preventative in them(again this may not be true at all) but it all sort of makes sense. So I got dog products, and i havent seen any fleas. I also purchased dog shampoo that specializes in helping prevent itching. SO now I think it might be a better idea to use products specifically designed for dogs. Just thought I'd share that

| My husband's Stepmom has been using Mane N Tail for about 2 years now and she loves it. Can you tell me if I need to dillute it? What is the ratio? My Tiger is only 8 weeks old and has already had his second bath. I checked with the Vet and he says there is nothing wrong with bathing a puppy once a week, the only thing to be cautious is it might dry out his skin if not using a good shampoo/conditioner and not rinsing thoroughly. Because you have been the mane & tail for years now, I think I will try it out. I am currently using the Baby Magic with Lavender and Camomile and my Yorkie smells good but I don't want to wait until the last minute to discover it is not good on him. Can you tell me the man & tail is tear-free? Only had Tiger for 2 weeks and I notice that his head/face stinks compared to his body. I am scared to get water in his ears so I am so cautious and use the shampoo so sparingly, but it does not seem to get rid of the smell. His coat smells great though but his face smells like a dog Any advise on how to improve his smell? |

| We use Petgold dark coat shampoo on his body, J&J tearless baby shampoo on his face, and condition with Neutrogena Clean Replenishing Conditioner (works great; zero mats and leaves his coat silky and smooth)
