| Its probably a little soon yet but if she continues not to eat for you try mixing her food with some moist food or cottage cheese

| It's still new to her she is probably a little scared I have fed Georgie plain boiled chicken from the day I brought him home. Maybe you should try to give her a little of that. Or mix it with chicken and rice baby food.Good luck and keep giving her nutrical you are doing a great job

My furkids Donating Member | were they moistening her food? I forgot...how old is she? I'm sure it's because everything is new to her. In all honesty...I would be nervous too. Sadie didn't eat well when I brought her home either...she was wayyyy to young (6 weeks) It came down to me feeding her off of a spoon...this worked and eventually she ate out of her bowl...Sadie is 2 1/2 yrs old now and is STILL a horrible eater..Lillie is our new furbaby...she came to live with us at 8 weeks...she was a little piggy! I was moistening her food as all her bottom teeth were not in. Now she just gets her kibbles..Her eating habits are changing as she is now 14wks..if I notice that the girls haven't eaten in a while I will give them a little nutri-cal and this will usually stimulate them to eat...I'm sure she will start eating for you once she gets used to her new home.

My furkids Donating Member | maybe it's the kibbles she doesn't like. I can't even begin to tell you how many different brands I have tried for Sadie! And, when I find one that she likes she usually only eats it for a few months then decides she doesn't like it anymore...Maybe you could get a couple of sample bags and she what she likes. I'm glad to hear that at least she ate something..

| I got both of my yorkies young like that and neither one of them would eat kibble when I first brought them home. I had to give them LiL caesar moist. I still give them 1/2 a tin each of this in the morning

| No worries I think most puppies do that when they first are getting use to a new environment. How did she sleep last night? |

| You should also try those little chicken sausages from Gerber ( I think) baby food in glass jar. We used to mix it with some other food for LILO in the first 2 weeks after we got her. It was her favorite.
