| I do the grooming myself and, all by myself, and after you get the practice it is fairly easy. Mojo (and i don;t think is a male think to fight against grooming) is always complimented by the groomers on how good he behaves, he lets you do whatever you want and doesn;t complain at all. I don;t like taking him to get profissionaly groomed cuz they do what i do and most of the time the hair looks very dry, its like they left residue...also i notice that the groomer (at petsmart i go to at least) use slicker brush on yorkies which damages the coat....so i refuse to pay for that. I think the main thing is get your yorkie used to it, praise him a lot, give him treats and take him for a walk after...that way he will associate grooming with a pleasurable activity for him |
