| ![]() I've also heard that Comfortis has killed many small dogs so even though we had a rough time this summer with my 2 yorkiepoos and my 1 yorkie, I decided not to use it. I'm too afraid of something happening to my babies even though the scratching was driving me nuts. I did try most of the remedies listed above throughout the summer. Things are a little better now that it's not so hot. The weird thing is, I never saw any fleas in my house, nor were there any in the flea trap we bought. I did find a couple on the dogs but not many. |

2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | ![]() I only used the Comfortis once and it worked great. Cut the fleas down considerably. We used it as instructed with no problems or side effects. Just when I though we were through with this crap . . Here it is mid winter freezing temp and I am still finding the occasional flea. It looks like its time for another flea bath and a thorough cleaning of the carpets !! Believe me I will not be so lax this spring and let these stupid fleas invade my pups and my home. Its very frustrating and we were miserable. ![]()

2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | ![]() I just put the flea trap up because there were no fleas in it for more than three weeks. I'll set it up and see if I find any. Hoping this will be the end of this horrible infestation of these little blood sucking monsters . . .Wish us luck !! :/

| ![]() You seem to be afraid to use an exterminator. I wanted to reassure youu I used to have one come in all the time and they have chemicals that are safe around children and pets

I called flea busters and after 2 weeks no fleas, it is put into your carpet and lasts for a year unless you get your carpet wet, you can order it online.
