| Don't tell Rosie I posted the first pic of her in doggy jail... Both of my girls are currently conked out. Long day for both I'm sure but they are very happy to be reunited!! And now they're both big girls!

I'm the absolute *worst* about reading a pm while I'm at work and saying "I'll reply when I get home", but then I forget to. Smacking my head over here...so sorry Linda!! I just stuck the cone on her while I was asleep. She did fine with it. No cone during the day, just the onesie. Thank you so much for the offer!

| So glad she's doing good. I remember well that feeling of just wanting to know they are home and doing well. What relief.

| I was checking her incision and it looks okay, although there is the big.bruise at the site of incision (I mentioned earlier that from what the vet described, they hit a blood vessel while sewing her up) But then I was checking her all over and she has a quarter sized bruise on her neck!!! I did not see this until just now and I am concerned as to why her.neck was hit so hard that it'd bruise. I am positive she didn't get it under my watch. It's just a bruise, but on a 2 lb dog it looks huge and its bright red. I'm calling the vet first thing in the morning to discuss it. I want to know how she got hit so hard in the very delicate trachea area that she has a bruise there. Honestly I'm pretty p*ssed. Is there a possibility the blood vessel thing, which is on her abdomen, would somehow lead to a bruise on her throat?
