Do you feed Acana Pacifica ?

That would probably powder it pretty good! I just threw those bags of kibble down on the kitchen counter, hit it not too hard with the mallet in all 4 corners & the middle of the bag & I'm done!

yeah, i tried the homecooking for my airedale on a trial basis.
he did ok at first then started getting sick again.
all the recipes i bought contained all meat and oil and i think it was irritating his tummy.
now he is on the blue buffalo sensitive solutions L.I.D
he is doing fabulous.
i guess homecooking is good but not for all dogs....

It seems they are doing ding so Great on whatever food you Change them
to then next thing I know you are trying something else..... That cant be goid fir their systems....?? Is it just that you haven't found something out of everything you have tried in the last couple of months that has worked? You may as well throw the Acana in the mix....you are probably running out if options.

as i recall you have changed rileys diet many times too......

anyway , the little one are fine
it is my airedale that has digestive problems.
he almost died when he was 4 months old.
i can put him back on the purina en from the vet but it is 100% corn and i would rather not feed him that if i dont have to.
so far he is doing good on the BB . it is a really bland diet.

I switched Riley's diet when I brought him home to Royal Canin... I then switched him to Acana at about 8 months old. I recently, at 2-years old switched him to FROMM and he had a terrible reaction to the grains. I have now switched him back to Acana/Pacifica.

Yeah.... I would stay far away from Purina, if you can help it.

Wow , this thread is from 2 Years ago . Oscar was only about 7 months old then. He was just baby
