| Praying for Callie! I hope bloodwork comes back normal, or at least gives you some answers. Hope she's feeling better soon. That'd be so scary.

| Update Vet called everything was ok except her thyroid reading was low so the vet is calling the place they sent her blood and asking them to run more tests on it and then shes going to call me as soon as she gets those back but could be up to a week . I am so thankful for yorkietalk and everyone on it right now I would not have known to ask about testing the thyroid if someone hadnt mentioned it and then I did some research off of what everyone suggested, I am also so thankful for the support and prayers. I will still keep you all updated. Thank you so much everyone.

| Well you found something, I really did suspect thyroid...of all things, this is easily treated. Keep your chin up, love Callie more today than yesterday, but not as much as tomorrow. Where exactly did the vet tell you to get a blood sample and check with a glucose meter? I have tried everything to get a drop of blood to test on Winston, the only place I have found that really works is his ear lobe, but I hate to prick him there, it always gets so irritated, skin there is so sensitive. Let me know how things turn out, I'll keep her in my thoughts and prayers!

| Vet just called and everything with the thyroid came back fine. The vet says next time she has an episode i need to bring her in right away but most of the time the episodes happen at night and sunday nights at that. Going to have to call her tomorrow and see what she wants me to do in that case does anything have any suggestions now? Feeling a bit defeated right now.

| I am glad nothing came up in Callie's test but I understand that can be frustrating when you are trying to figure out what is ailing her. If you can't get her to the Vet quick enough maybe take a video of how she is acting during an episode. Also is there a vet that is closer that you could take her too just for the tests and have them forward the results to your vet? Best wishes to you and Callie.

| Did they tell you what part of the thyroid test done originally was a little low? I'm guessing it was the TSH, can you get the result and post on here? They most likely then did a T3 and T4, but if the TSH is off...I'd still suspect a thyroid problem. Also getting a video of her during an episode is a great idea...I've seen others do it and at least the vet can see exactly what Callie is and isn't doing.

| One more thing I forgot, maybe your usual vet could refer her to an Internal Medicine vet for another opinion.
