| Thanks Alice, I really like to hear things from people who have used them and not trying to sell to me. |

| Our dog has the same problem. He likes to "army crawl" on the carpet. It effects everything, his skin, ears and around his eyes. We have changed his food as well. How is your yorkie doing now? |

| Yorkie Yakker | Thank you for asking. She is doing better. Love the term "army crawl", it is exactly what she does, but doing it less. I also think that the coconut oil is a help. She certainly feels alot more chipper after her bath. Her smell is slowly subsiding. |

| We have a wheaten terrier that has lots of issues, The best thing I have done is to put her on probiotics ( acidophilus) and digestive enzymes. Her ears are so normal looking it is amazing! We can actually have people over now that the smell is under control. Taste of the wild pacific stream has been helpful too! |

| Yorkie Yakker | When I first posted this, there were so many skeptics that said that they had never heard of such a thing, and I was shocked. Our dog is four years old, we got her the end of January from a private party that said that their son was allergic to her, I'm sure he was, to the smell, when we picked her up, she didn't smell, then several hours later, it emerged with force. We bathed her, with everything I could find on the net. Then decided to go to a health pet store, which recommended eliminated all wheat products, which I have done and to give her coconut oil daily. We've been on this regime since February and things are looking better. The smelly beast rears its ugly head after a couple of weeks, but it is better than the daily smell and chasing it around the house. She apparently was not reared in a dog farm, I don't know how this occurs, but at least I have a confidante behind me. Thanks. |
