When I first posted this, there were so many skeptics that said that they had never heard of such a thing, and I was shocked. Our dog is four years old, we got her the end of January from a private party that said that their son was allergic to her, I'm sure he was, to the smell, when we picked her up, she didn't smell, then several hours later, it emerged with force. We bathed her, with everything I could find on the net. Then decided to go to a health pet store, which recommended eliminated all wheat products, which I have done and to give her coconut oil daily. We've been on this regime since February and things are looking better. The smelly beast rears its ugly head after a couple of weeks, but it is better than the daily smell and chasing it around the house. She apparently was not reared in a dog farm, I don't know how this occurs, but at least I have a confidante behind me. Thanks. |
