really i hate it freakin drives me nuts i donno one of those things i can put her food bowl right beside me and she still does it ..it was kinda funny this morning she was making a circle...mommy bowl cat mommy bowl cat

Bandit will do it occasionally, and if Nala catches him doing it she rushes to get it as it falls out of his mouth and eats it!!

Daisy doesn't know how to eat any other way! Take a bite, walk a few steps, see what momma is doing, chew the bite, watch food fly out the side of her mouth, eat the bits off the floor, and start over! It is so nice to know we are not alone!

Yep. Its the only way Lexee will eat, but she grabs a few peices at a time and then drops them on the carpet and eats that way. She usually only makes 2 trips to the bowl at a time. I call it "snacking". Tucker will eat from the bowl but sometimes he will carry it to the living room and eat it.

We were just laughing at Puddles last night about this, but he does it a little differently:

I shred a little of the Natural Balance roll over his food and then add a tablespoon of hot water to make a "stew". When I sit his food bowl down he'll nose around, pick out a piece and suck the broth off, and then gently place it on the floor. He repeats this with one more piece and then he turns his attention to the bowl. After leisurely eating what's in his bowl, he'll ever-so-gently eat those two pieces off the floor. It's always the exact same process, and always EXACTLY two pieces of food in the floor. Just one of his many little quirks that we love
