I pay $38.00 for office visit and then everything else is extra. I don't leave without paying $200.00. The emergency hospital is another story. It's $90.00 to walk in the door. The last time I went there it was midnight on a Saturday and it cost me $250.00. Maggie got a Benedryl shot, her glands expressed and a pain shot. Most expensive Benedryl I've ever purchased, but I did not know what was wrong with her and if that's what it takes to make her feel better, so be it.

mine is 42.00 I dont want to get into a long story but I took one of my dogs in for a hematoma (not a yorkie)and my vet wanted 600.00 to do surgery I called a vet in Miami which is where this dog had been going since birth and they would charge 165.00 for the same surgery. I think I'm in the wrong line of work I should have been a vet..........
