I think it's okay to pick it up at night because they "should" be sleeping. I also think that them not having access to it for a couple hours a day is okay. But, not letting them have it for four or five hours at a time??? I can't agree with that. What if a person was thirsty and had to wait five hours to drink? They can't talk and being thirsty for lon periods isn't good... I know if I was only allowed to drink a few times a day, I'd be miserable.
