YT 2000 Club Member | Aww Im sorry to hear that poor Jackson was so ill. .. Im happy to hear that he is feeling better.. My sister in Law took her papalion mix to the vets the other day to have its teeth cleaned and after being weighed the vet told her that he was to heavy for his body frame and when asked what food he was being fed, she told the vet beneful well even the vet said that beneful was the worst food possible to feed her dog. She has seen several animals that had skin issues/stomach issues etc all were being fed beneful. She told her to get him off it immediatly. Its really sad when a vet will tell you that when most try to sell you science diet which is no better.. so are vets finally being educated on pet foods??? Lets hope so!!

| Jackson was always picky too. He eats Innova dry food now and likes it a lot but I wouldn't say he "LOVES" it. It's probably his favorite dry food out of all the ones we've tried. Usually, every evening, I mix in wet food with the dry for his dinner. Brands I'd recommend - Innova, Merrick's, Taste of the Wild, Before Grain, Wellness, etc.

| That's why we need to gradually change foods in a period of 5-7 days. Going from high quality food to low quality probably did it. I hope Jackson feels better soon! Give him kisses from me!
