Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Is he in the car soon after a meal? If yes, you might have to coordinate w/ that. I've heard that ginger, benadryl, and pepto can help. There is one other one too that's been mentioned, and I cannot remember the name right now.

| It is common for puppies to go through stages where they get carsick. Most dogs will outgrow it. If not, there's a drug called Cerenia that you can use when you know that you'll be taking a car trip-- it stays in the system for 24 hours, so you can give it the night before a trip. I would wait on the drug until he's grown though.

| Give him 1/4 teaspoon of Karo syrup about 10 minutes before a trip. Our city dog catchers wife who rescues dogs told me about it . She swears by it, I haven't tried it as none of mine get car sick. |
