| Hi, I have the same problem with my little Zoe. She turned a year in September and she still has her two baby fangs on the top in back of the adult pair. The vet says it was fine for her to wait till she was a year as yorkies sometimes have problems loosing teeth, (she lost another baby tooth about a month ago). But she has to get them removed soon or else it will cause infections as food gets trapped under the gum line because the gum line isn't totally sealed with both teeth in there. It happens with a lot of yorkies, nothing to get too worried about. Let your vet take a look at her and he/she will be able to decide whether you should wait or remove the teeth now. Hope this helps. |

| Yes, this is very common in Yorkies. Bailey was neutered last week and had to have only 2 removed. My other Yorkie (RIP) had to have 4 removed when he was neutered at 4 years old. He was a rescue.

Our pup is 1,6kg and she had 11 teeth pulled at once (usually they use anasthesia for this, so they sleep trough it).... But your vet should be able to tell! | |
