We gave them to Toto for a long time ... then discovered they were "Made In China"! Did you check the links for FDA, etc. on the Kona's Chips site?

I'm glad Buddy is OK! Toto has been going through "withdrawals" like a drug addict! It's breaking our hearts ... she is glassy-eyed and can't be still. The reports say there is something in the ones from China that makes them addictive! She absolutely loves the Kona's Chips and can't seem to get enough of them. They are just chicken raised and prepared in the United States!! She still acts like she wants something to eat every few minutes ... just like a "junkie"! Before, she slept a lot during the day and we just figured she was lazy. Now, she drives me crazy during the day ... I can hardly work. She hardly naps at all and is constantly trying to push me away from my computer and puts her paws on my chest and tries to beat on me! It's so sad ... she is almost hysterical, almost like she is frantic! I am scheduling an appointment next week with her vet and have him check everything there is to check ... kidneys, liver, etc. Patrick is furious ... we feel so helpless to help her but know it's probably something we will just have to deal with until she is better!

I did too, until I stopped 2 years ago. I refuse to buy anything edible from China. I read some scarey stuff about the Waggin Tails too. If I were you, I wouldn't feed them anymore....God only knows what's in them

I asked for a sample yesterday, and they replied and said, due to the high demand it is going to take them a few xtra days to ship some...cant wait for mine to try them

OMG! Thank you sooo much for the info! Mine loves these treats! She's had a bag of Waggin' Tails and some brand from Petco...can't remember the brand.
Quite a few months ago, when she was eating the Waggin' Tails...she had bad vomiting and was diagnosed with moderately high liver enzymes. I'm wondering now if this is all related! eekk!!

You might have to blame me .... I have been telling as many people as I can! As you probably read on their site, they aren't a huge company but I guarantee they will do their best to get them to you quickly. The lady is so nice and we have emailed back and forth. I really don't think you will be disappointed.

If I were you I would take her in and have it checked again. I am taking Toto next week and have everything checked that there is a test for ... I am so frightened that I may have hurt her by giving this poison to her for so long! Hope your little one is OK.

allready figured that is was your fault that they are out before i requested a sample thats ok, looking forward to them whenever they get here ! Let ya know how they like it when it gets here

I ordered a sample last night and got the email this morning stating that there may be a delay in shipping. I emailed back to thank them for the heads up and also see if I could request a sample for my "nephew". They replied back within just a few minutes to let me know that they could except multiple request from the same email address as long as the delivery address was different and said that my sample had shipped this morning! Now if that is what they consider a delay.... talk about customer service!

Yep ... guilty!! They are just soooo nice and will answer any questions you may have ... we have emailed back and forth several times. It was traumatizing for them when their little Koda got sick so they totally understand our delima! I'm certain they will be there ASAP!!

Yep! They are so prompt to address any questions/concerns. That's one thing that really impressed me. I hate waiting for replys when I'm so concerned about Toto. Toto is already getting better and her "withdrawals" aren't quite as severe as they were earlier this week! Poor baby .... I can hardly wait for her vet to see her next week. Hope you are pleased with Kona's Chips!
