Yep! They are so prompt to address any questions/concerns. That's one thing that really impressed me. I hate waiting for replys when I'm so concerned about Toto. Toto is already getting better and her "withdrawals" aren't quite as severe as they were earlier this week! Poor baby .... I can hardly wait for her vet to see her next week. Hope you are pleased with Kona's Chips!
