I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Have you tried Merrick Bully Sticks? I would be surprised if the bully stick caused diarrhea, because it takes so long to consume one. It takes Joey about a week with the 6 inch stick. Puppies can get diarrhea from changes made too rapidly in their diet, but they consume so little of the stick each day, I don't think this would affect them. Lots of companies make bully sticks, and some are made with preservatives, and some are made in China. I couldn't find Merrick Bully Sticks locally and had to buy them on-line.
