| Well, they made a liar out of me. Zoeybear is eating it, and Baby Chloe is refusing. The exact oposite of my prediction.

| Good for Zoeybear! Now we just have to get Chloe on board. I think that I read once where some people sear it in a pan on the stove for JUST a second to bring out the smell and entice their baby to eat it the first time. Maybe once she realizes how yummy it is she'll get the hang of it?

| DH has cracked under the pressure. He just came home, found out Baby Chloe hasn't eaten all day and gave her turkey cold cuts and Pizza flavored goldfish crackers. Looks like I will be home cooking for the rest of my life!

| So much for him telling you to be tough! Did you get a chance to try searing the medallion to lure her in?

| I've had regan on it for a couple of months & she's done good- I imagine baby chloe just might like something besides the beef?? regan really liked the chicken, the beef was ok, when I gave her the lamb she looked at me like I had lost my mind (def not her fave) & this time I ordered her the venison & she is abs. loving it (her fave so far) next time I think I'm gonna try her w/the rabbit but I think it's all just trial & error just give her some time, someone on here pm'd me when I first started & told me to try microwaving it for 9-11 secs & she eats it like that! keep us posted! oh! almost forget-the poo, what poo? besides them eating healthy that's the other major perk.

Ann.. i thought the same thing.. they must be absorbing ALOT more nutrients, etc. with this food! i also learned about their Bio-Coating(with the kibble) "Nature’s Variety kibble diets are all coated with a proprietary blend of freeze dried raw foods and nutritious oils. This cold processed, enzymatically active food is exclusive to Nature’s Variety, and provides dogs and cats the great taste of our renowned Nature’s Variety raw food in a shelf stable form." SO FAR SO GOOD WITH US.. (another thing for people who are having trouble feeding RAW but really want to.. maybe start feeding the kibble & canned food from NV! then grradually add some RAW to their food.. ? could work?! so all in all.. LOVE HER POOP! (hahaa. never thought i would say that.. ) GLAD to hear OTHERS feel the SAME!!

And yes, the bio-coating is awesome isn't it? I just think they do go the extra mile in trying to add some special things to their kibbles. I'm so thrilled for you!

| I am SO happy to hear all these success stories!!!!! The poop is truly one of the best benefits for us humans and so is the knowledge that the small, odorless poos are a sign of health! I am always excited to hear a good raw poo story because my Cavalier King Charles Louis had colitis with massive diarrhea for MONTHS and then I switched to raw - the next day he literally had his first semi-solid poo! I was soooo excited!! I am actually so into the poo, (don't think I am crazy ) but I wrote a series of articles all about it! The Poop Chronicles | CupOFdog | Dog Site for Dog People

On the subject of probiotics - you might want to see a conversation Nadia and I are having (page 3 of thread), really interesting links too - it's making me wonder about viability: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...ml#post2157980

| Since this thread has been updated I just wanted to ask which variety is good w/the natures variety dry kibble?? She's on raw-venison & doing extremely well but I had also bought her the grain free duck & turkey kibble & she just doesn't seem to like it at all??
