| ![]() I think the little nubby tails are adorable but if I had a choice I would never have gotten Daisy's tail docked. Teddy Bear is a Yorkie mix and he has a full tail with long blond hair that looks like the Yorkie tail. He is 4 years old and has never had a problem with his tail breaking. We are always cautious handling him with his long tail. He is a happy boy and is always wagging his tail. Daisy doesn't wag her little nubby tail near as much as Teddy wags his and I have always thought that she is aware of her tail being gone. I know it sounds crazy but Daisy is very smart and doesn't miss a thing. I used to have a Schnauzer that I adopted from a rescue and his ears were not cropped. They were folded over and were SO cute. I always thought he was so much cuter than the ones with cropped ears. His tail was docked though but I had not control over that.

Also, one of my Chihauhua's littermates had to have her tail docked because it was so badly broken.
