I am getting confused because there are so many things wrong and you have two dogs. I can barely keep up with my own.
Is this right:
Hypothryroidism
Calcium Oxalate Stones
Medicines are:
Soloxine
Potassium Citrate |

Yes for Samie that is correct. She is on the Flovent for collapsing trachea (which this has done wonders for her) and potassium citrate granules to keep her ph up and crystals gone. Soloxine for hypothyroidism and now Denamarin (liver supplement)
For Sadie: she is hypothyroid also so on the soloxine, but she has Glomular disease (a protein losing disease in her urine) so she is also on Benezeperil. This is helping her a lot. Her protein loss was at 3000+ with protein/creat ratio of 7.1. she has improved to protein/creat ratio of now 1.7 and still losing protein but it has eased up quite a bit- last time checked she was losing 300+ we will recheck in 3 mos.
Yeah it's confusing for me too- unfortunately it has become part of my daily routine to wonder and worry and always researching. I am relying heavily on YT as you all have been so caring so helpful and so full of advice. I take it all in and listen to it all. My dogs mean so mucy to me. I know i cannot make them live forever but i can be the best mom for them and take care of them. I would have a housefull of them if i could. :-) so much love in our house with my two girls :-)
