| Give a bath in original dawn dish soap to kill the fleas. Get flea preventative from the vet or internet. Make sure it is a good kind and DO NOT use Hartz products.

| How old is she? If you just brought her home, you should be ok. Give her a bath in Dawn dishwashing soap. It will kill the fleas on her. If you're lucky, there won't be any in your house yet. |

| Hopefully it's just a couple that may have come from wherever you got the puppy from . We don't have fleas where I live, so I don't know what you use, but the people here know a lot about everything! I hope you can get rid of them quickly and congratulations on your new puppy! We'd love to see pictures when you get a chance!

We DO however, have black widow spiders and scorpions~ but you're in AZ, so you'd know all about them . I'm surprised you have fleas where you are; you get hotter than us, don't you?

| Dawn dish washing liquid is good to kill fleas. Give it a try, and see how you do.

| I'm curious as to what is wrong with Hartz products as well? As for the fleas, apparently we don't have them here in my part of the world either. It is just tooo cold for them to live! Actually, me thinks it's too cold for me to live here! I would love to live in California or Arizona

Did your brother ever get stung by one of the scorpions? The pest control guy told me the younger ones (smaller) were more lethal (like baby rattlesnakes).
