Nope..we don't have fleas...supposedly we don't have heartworm here either
. Fleas I'm sure about...even though people come here with their dogs during the winter from a lot of other places, for some reason (probably the heat in the summer; it gets over 120 deg) they can't live here. I've never seen one in the 7 years I've been here and I've got 2 cats too.
We DO however, have black widow spiders and scorpions~ but you're in AZ, so you'd know all about them
