LOL...it just does. And, as Kellie stated - if left long enough it will dry up and blow away. It's biodegradable. There is less waste in RAW, so Chloe's system uses it. With kibble/commercial, there is more (smelly, I might add) waste. I don't know the scientific reason it turns white. Kellie...Lara....??

stop picking it up. in a few days look in your yard and see if you see a difference. you probably will and it will be a good difference

Oh okay! I will do that! Love that idea! No more poop picking! I wish her peep will be same as her poop and make a good difference to the lawn than killing it!

haha, but I want a green lawn not yellow one! anyone knows what I can do to save my lawn where Chloe pee on it?

I don't pick up Mo's poo, as he goes outside. But, Abigail is trained to paper inside, so hers' is picked up w/the papers.

Yup its perfectly normal for it to turn white after a few hours, its the left over bone after they have taken what they need from it. Its how they should be, wild dogs don't go round with the poop a scoop in order to clean the nest :D

Correct, or at least kibble poop would take a very long time to disappear, unlike RAW poop. Happy thanksgiving to you too, we don't really celebrate it over here but actually it is raw turkey on the menu for the furbutts tonight :D

ok this may sound silly but what the heck is in my turkey???

Ok so i have two neck pieces and three other "parts". I think one of them is liver, and i wanna say the other two are a kidney and heart? any thoughts?

Gizzard, heart and the neck most likely. Goooooooooood giblet gravy fixins :D. The liver may be included - personal preference for gravy or not. Orrrr....save for pooch.

i saved them all for Morgan. i was just wondering what they were and how to feed them and how much of each to give her. They are all in the freezer right now. she'll get a neck probably on saturday. i'm unsure about the organs tho

All I can say is hold on tight to the heart/gizzard while it is being eaten...or cut it up in small pieces. I thought I had lost Delilah today when she managed to get the heart away from me and choked on it!

Kellie,

The organs are fine to give Morgan. She needs some in her diet. Just be judicious as to how much per serving. If she gets the neck on Sat, you could include some gizzard and/or liver. Heart is considered a muscle meat.

the neck is pretty big. Its cut into two pieces but still. I know she's not going to eat it all so do i put it back in the fridge when she's done or can i refreeze it? And with the liver, i'm suppose to give her a tiny tiny piece right because it can cause cannon butt? the gizzard shouldn't cause that problem tho. lol and you'd think I'D know heart was a muscle hahah
