| i have bought the cloud star buddy wash and conditioner and it works great on skoshi and kiele. Petco didnt have the detangler spray. But i found that if you brush them in the bath while the conditioner is still in and then wash it out. This helps to get the mats out and helps when you brush them afterwards. i use a comb. |

| Pixie gets awful matts..to be honest with you i could have cried today!! I sat and combed her before work this morning and realised how bad they were getting..just on her sides in front of her back legs for some reason..then this afternoon i bathed her and covered her in conditioner then sat for over an hour or more and pain stakingly went through each one...she wasn't too happy about it at first and she did yelp a couple of times and i just felt awful i did hold the matt firmly between my fingers and tried not to pull too much...she eventually started falling asleep..probably with boredom! lol and i got through most of them...i don't remember my last yorkie getting such awful matting. I just don't want to send her to a groomer just yet..I would rather tackle it myself for now..i'm going to have to comb her twice a day at the moment. I just hope her hair improves as she grows older..she's 17 weeks on the 1st october.
